Return Policy
We hope you're delighted with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.
You've got 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unopened and in their original condition.
Please note that the return cost will be at your own expense and proof of postage must be provided. To ensure your return reaches us in good condition, please ensure all items are packed securely in suitable packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
We'll provide a full refund once your return has been received and processed.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your orders, but occasionally, items may be damaged during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order. To process your refund efficiently, we require photographic evidence of the damage which must be provided via email to resonatecandles@gmail.com. Unfortunately we don’t offer replacements at this time.
Please be aware that due to the inherent nature of our candles, crystals may occasionally detach from the wax during transit and be found loose within the packaging. As this is a possibility with this type of product, we are unable to offer refunds for any candles where the crystals have detached from the wax.
